My Ti aged in Rum barrels:

Named for Ticonderoga AKA “Ti”, this imperial red ale was fermented with loads of pineapple and cherry puree before being aged in rum barrels with orange and lime zest. Reminiscent of a mai tai, expect big fruit and citrus aromatics backed up by the complex flavors of the rum barrels.

Brett Pale Ale with Black Currant:

This Pale Ale is 100% oak fermented with our house brettanomyces blend “Machine Gun Funk.” Loads of black currants were introduced at the end of fermentation for a mouth watering black currant flavor. Strong fruit forward flavors fresh while it picks up more brettanomyces funk the longer it ages.

Wheat Wine aged in Gin Barrels:

This wheat wine was fermented warm to maximize the fruity esters provided by our ale yeast which meld together with flavors imparted by the gin barrels. Expect the fruity esters to be mellowed out by botanicals, vanilla, and oak from the time spent in the gin barrels.
