The Off Trail Series is a monthly rotational series that allows the brewers to get creative. Off Trail beers are always different and gives us a chance to use innovative ingredients as well as techniques.
This brown ale will be malt driven by a complex malt bill consisting of 8 different kinds. Expect strong yeast esters complimented by chocolate and coffee malt overtones.

A dark German lager that balances roasted yet smooth malt flavors with moderate hop bitterness. The lighter body, dryness, and lack of a harsh, burnt, or heavy aftertaste helps make this beer quite drinkable.
