The Off Trail Series is a monthly rotational series that allows the brewers to get creative. Off Trail beers are always different and gives us a chance to use innovative ingredients as well as techniques.
This brown ale will be malt driven by a complex malt bill consisting of 8 different kinds. Expect strong yeast esters complimented by chocolate and coffee malt overtones.

A dark German lager that balances roasted yet smooth malt flavors with moderate hop bitterness. The lighter body, dryness, and lack of a harsh, burnt, or heavy aftertaste helps make this beer quite drinkable.

This month we got together with our friends at Bolton Landing Brewing Company to brew an exciting NE IPA. We used all natural local Honey and blasted the beer with Citra Cryo powder and Loral Cryo Powder. Expect massive amounts of ooey gooey juiciness!

A dry refreshing wheat based beer with Hibiscus and Rosemary infused at packaging.

Gose was first brewed in the early 16th century in the town of Goslar, from which its name derives. It is a tart, dry, and highly effervescent beer traditionally brewed with sea salt and coriander.

This saison is fermented with a blend of our favorite saison yeasts to produce a dry, fruity, and bubbly beer.

A hefeweizen is a German wheat based beer that traditionally showcases banana and clove esters.
