o   Salary based on experience (estimated $40K - $55K per year)

·       Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

o   Lead BOH Team

o   Sets measurable objectives and reports on their performance

o   Continued development of in house and event menu(s)

·       Core Deliverables:

o   Oversee ordering and limit OOS for all menu items

o   Maintain BOH schedule ensuring adequate coverage during operating hours

o   Assist event coordinator in planning food portion of in house events

·       JOB REQUIREMENTS:

o   Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

o   21 Years of age or Older

o   Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

o   Reliable Transportation to perform job duties

o   Proficient verbal, written, and group communication skills.

o   Position requires computer proficiency – proficient in Microsoft office suite, Google suite, mobile apps, and CRM
